Refund policy

rop of Bold, every product is made to order and personally customized just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalisation details entered at checkout, or sizing issues.

Customers are reminded at the point of purchase that personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

We do accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item arrives defective
  • You receive the wrong item

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@dropofbold.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at our discretion.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Non-Returnable Items All personalized and custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Image & Copyright Responsibility When submitting photos or images for personalised products, customers confirm they own or have full rights to use those images for commercial printing purposes. Drop of Bold reserves the right to cancel orders where submitted images appear to violate third party intellectual property or copyright rights. In such cases, refunds are at our discretion.
