CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Because your order is made specifically for you the moment you place it, we can't accept returns or exchanges on custom items. If something arrives damaged or defective, that's a different story — reach out to us at support@dropofbold.com within 7 days and we'll make it right. No runaround. Just fixed.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
2-5 business days to make it, 4-5 business days to ship it. So roughly 5-10 business days from order to your door. Worth the wait.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA AND CANADA?
